The Company follows a strict Returns and Refund Policy that has been made to ensure that you as a User do not have any hassles.
We have a ‘no questions asked’ Returns and Refund Policy that allows Users to return products at the time of their delivery if due to any reason, they are not satisfied with the quality or the freshness of the product.
If a customer wishes to return a product, the customer shall return the product in question to the delivery executive of the Company at the time of delivery or shall call the customer service number of the Company at 9967490838 and request for a pick-up of the requested return. The User shall be liable to receive a refund that is equivalent to the value of the product that is returned, either as a direct payment to the User's bank account or as store credits usable on future purchases from the App by the User within 7 working days at the discretion of the User.
The Company shall have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
From time to time, the Company may offer shipping and handling at promotional rates, at which time certain Users may be eligible to receive free or discounted shipping if You meet Our eligibility criteria. For more details on offers related to shipping, please refer to our App periodically.
The App facilitates shipping and delivery of its Products on its own through designated delivery executives. The shipping services are chargeable at estimated rates of INR 10/- for orders amounting to INR 99/- or less and are free for all orders of INR 100/- or above.
Product delivery orders are typically shipped within 90 minutes from the time of confirmation of the order by the User, as long as the option for instant delivery within 90 minutes is selected by the User. If the User selects
a particular date and time slot, the Products shall be delivered within that time slot and shipped accordingly.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if there is no product availability or other factors beyond our control, Your order may take longer to be delivered. If Your order is expected to be delayed, one of the executives from the service provider shall be responsible to get in touch with You to provide an accurate timeline for delivery of Your order.
An order is designated as 'Complete' once it is handed to the User. In the event that a User desires return of an order the User may return the product to the delivery executive. Returns and refunds are subject to condition(s) mentioned in the Returns and Refund Policy, and subject to approval by the Company.
